This policy governs promotional package deals, gift cards and gift certificates, treatment provider selection, and related deposits and payments at Activate Beauty Medical Spa.
1 Package Deals & Combination Promotions
Activate Beauty Medical Spa periodically offers promotional packages that combine multiple treatments at a discounted package price. Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Botox + Radiesse + Lip Augmentation
- Botox + Lip Augmentation + Chemical Peel
- Botox + Dermal Filler + Skin Treatment
- Other multi-treatment promotional combinations
Unless specifically approved in advance by Activate Beauty Medical Spa, all treatments included in a promotional package are intended to be performed during the same scheduled appointment.
Package deals cannot be divided into separate appointments or individual treatments at the client’s discretion. The promotional price is offered based on the package being purchased and performed as a combined treatment plan.
Any exception allowing a package to be divided between appointments must be expressly authorized by the clinic.
2 Package Validity & Expiration
All promotional package deals must be used in full within six (6) months from the original date of purchase, unless different written terms were provided at the time of purchase.
After six months:
- Any unused package expires.
- Any unused portion of a partially completed package expires.
- Remaining treatments, products, syringes, units, or services have no cash value and cannot be redeemed after expiration.
- Promotional package pricing cannot be transferred to individual services after the package has expired.
Clients are responsible for scheduling their appointments within the applicable validity period.
3 Gift Cards
Gift cards and gift certificates issued by Activate Beauty Medical Spa are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to applicable law and any terms stated at the time of purchase.
Promotional gift certificates, complimentary certificates, bonuses, or certificates issued as part of a promotion may be subject to separate conditions.
4 Choice of Nurse / Treatment Provider
Activate Beauty Medical Spa operates as one clinic and one professional team.
Photographs, videos, before-and-after results, educational materials, and treatment results displayed on Activate Beauty Medical Spa’s website and social media represent the combined work of the clinic and its professional team and should not be interpreted as the work of one individual provider unless specifically identified otherwise.
Clinical staff are trained to work according to the clinic’s established protocols and the signature aesthetic techniques and treatment philosophy developed by Ksenia Zakharova.
While the clinic will make reasonable efforts to accommodate provider requests when possible, the availability of a particular nurse or practitioner is not guaranteed.
Appointments may be assigned or reassigned to another appropriately qualified clinic professional based on scheduling, availability, treatment type, staffing, medical considerations, or other operational requirements.
Purchasing a treatment, package, promotion, or leaving a deposit does not guarantee treatment by a specific nurse or practitioner unless this has been expressly confirmed by the clinic in advance.
5 Deposits & Promotional Package Payments
Deposits and payments made toward promotional package deals are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
A client’s inability or decision not to complete a package within its validity period does not create an entitlement to a refund, cash reimbursement, or extension.
Where permitted by clinic policy, the clinic may approve an exception, transfer, rescheduling arrangement, or extension at its sole discretion. Any such exception must be expressly approved by Activate Beauty Medical Spa and does not modify the general policy for other clients.
6 Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a promotional package, paying a deposit, purchasing a gift certificate, or proceeding with treatment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms and conditions of Activate Beauty Medical Spa, including package validity, scheduling requirements, provider availability, cancellation terms, and refund policies.
Activate Beauty Medical Spa reserves the right to update its policies and procedures as required, subject to applicable laws and professional regulations.
